The Romano Farm is located inside the municipality of Monreale, in the district/contrada of Perciana under the spurs of Monte Jato; its ridge runs to the east as far as the Monte Kumeta, rising progressively from the initial 852 m to the 1233 m of Monte Kumeta.

This big and rocky natural fortification protects all the territory below creating an environment with remarkable climatic features.

The remains of the ancient city of Jetas - the last Arab enclave in Sicily, destroyed by Frederick II in 1246 - represent an historical heritage to which the Farm is deeply bound.
